From seeing your synopsis, you have accurately captured insanity onscreen, through the shots. You've mastered the cutting, to make it randomised and weirdly horrific with the patient. All you need to do it make the lighting brighter so as to make it look dull like a mental institution, tint the colour slightly (sick green maybe?). Your idea is insane!
